We currently have just over 5 million manuals in our inventory, which you could have unlimited access to once you become a member.

Simply search for your manual, and if we have it in our library, we’ll prompt you to enter your card details and select your desired plan.

Once done, your order will be sent directly to our Support Team, which will reach out to you shortly after by email. We’ll send any manual you want straight to your inbox via a download link within a couple of hours max — more often than not, in less than an hour.

And if we don’t have exactly what you need, we have the resources to find it. If, for any reason whatsoever, you can’t find what you are looking for in our collection, don’t hesitate to reach out to us here, and our Support Team will be more than happy to help you out!


If I need any future manuals, what do I do?

To order more manuals, simply login to your account and search for what you need using the search bar on your “My Account” page.

Our Support Team will then receive your query and reach out to you by email shortly.


Am I tied into a contract?

No, we don’t tie you into any silly contract — you can cancel at any point in time!

However, please note that we cannot refund collected payments. Due to the nature of our services and since our manuals are all in digital format and, as such, cannot be returned, we simply cannot refund membership fees.

Still, you can cancel your membership whenever you want, and we won’t collect another dime more.


What happens if I have trouble with my manual?

At HelpMe.Wiki, we strive to always provide our customers with the best service possible and take pride in our personalized support.

Our Support Team is located all around the world and covers 24 hours a day, every day of the year (of course, if you order a manual on Christmas morning or at 11:44 pm on New Year’s Eve, delays are to be expected, but you get the idea).

For any issues, simply raise a support ticket or email us here, and we’ll get it resolved ASAP — if that means sending another manual or providing remote support, we’ll get it done!
